Return Policy for Surron Electric E-Bikes

Return Conditions:

1. Unopened and Unused E-Bikes:
- If your Surron Electric E-Bike is still in its original packaging and has not been built and has not been assembled or used in any manner, you may be eligible for a return.
- Please contact our customer support team at support@blownmotor.com or call us at 801-572-6720 to discuss your options. We will review your request and provide the best possible solution.

2. Opened and Used E-Bikes:
- E-Bikes that have been removed from the box and used cannot be returned.
- This policy ensures that all customers receive new, unused products and helps maintain the highest quality standards.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Customer Support:
- Reach out to our customer support team at support@blownmotor.com or 801-572-6720.
- Provide your order number and details about the condition of the E-Bike.

2. Review and Approval:
- Our team will review your request and determine if the E-Bike is eligible for return based on the conditions outlined above.
- If approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Important Notes:

- Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the reason for the return. A mandatory 20% restocking fee is required if your request is eligible for return. 
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
