Return Policy for Surron Electric Bikes

Return Conditions:

1. Unopened and Unused E-Bikes:

  • If your Surron Electric E-Bike is still in its original packaging and has not been built and has not been assembled or used in any manner, you may be eligible for a return.
  • Please contact our customer support team at support@blownmotor.com or call us at 801-572-6720 to discuss your options. We will review your request and provide the best possible solution.


2. Opened and Used E-Bikes:

  • E-Bikes that have been removed from the box and used cannot be returned.
  • This policy ensures that all customers receive new, unused products and helps maintain the highest quality standards.


How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Customer Support:

  • Reach out to our customer support team at support@blownmotor.com or 385-449-0632
  • Provide your order number and details about the condition of the E-Bike.


2. Review and Approval:

  • Our team will review your request and determine if the E-Bike is eligible for return based on the conditions outlined above.
  • If approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the reason for the return. A mandatory 20% restocking fee is required if your request is eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Shipment times are dependent on the carrier once your order is picked up, and delays or issues are possible. In the event of a shipment issue, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the matter. Refunds will not be processed until the situation is fully resolved, including any investigation into lost packages.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
