At Blown Motor by Moto United, we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered safely and on time. However, we understand that unforeseen issues, such as lost or delayed shipments, may occasionally occur. To provide clarity on how we handle such situations, please review our lost shipments policy below:
1. Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team at support@blownmotor.com or 801-572-6720. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide you with updates as the investigation progresses.
2. Investigation Process
When a shipment is reported missing, we immediately initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process may take some time, as the carrier conducts their own search and verification procedures to locate the package or confirm its loss.
We ask for your patience and understanding during this time, as we are reliant on the carrier’s investigation. We will keep you informed of any updates or changes as soon as we receive them.
3. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements for lost shipments will not be issued until the investigation between Blown Motor by Moto United and the shipping carrier is fully completed and the carrier has confirmed that the shipment cannot be recovered. Once the investigation is closed, and if the shipment is deemed lost, we will promptly process your refund or replacement based on your preference.
Please note that this process is in place to ensure all parties are protected, and to allow for the carrier’s due diligence in locating the missing shipment.
4. Limitations of Liability
Blown Motor By Moto United is not responsible for shipping delays or lost shipments caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier errors, or customs delays. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for the delivery.
While we will make every effort to assist you in resolving any issues related to lost shipments, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, and we cannot be held responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from a lost shipment.
