509 Warranty

At Blown Motor, we strive to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you have any warranty issues with your 509 products, we will do everything we can to help you.

To initiate your claim, contact 509 directly at 1-877-RIDE-509 or support@ride509.com for a case number. They will repair or replace all valid warranty items.

Warranty Process

  • An authorized 509 Dealer or the customer contacts 509 directly.
  • 509 will verify that the product has been registered for warranty.
  • 509 will work with the dealer and/or customer to diagnoses the issue or underlying problem.
  • 509 may require the defective item to be returned to 509 at the customer’s expense. In some cases, providing proper picture evidence of the product’s issue could avoid return of the damaged product.
  • If the product is to be returned to 509, our staff will inspect the product and verify it’s stated issues.
  • After product inspection, 509 may issue a replacement part if the stated problem falls within the scope of the product’s warranty.

509 goggles are backed by one of the best warranties in the business! They know their goggles work under the harshest conditions and in the unlikely event of any issues; they will cover them under their warranty policy described below.  


Lifetime warranty on frame, strap, nosemasks, outriggers, hinges, trim pieces against manufacturers defects. 1 year warranty on lens & foam against manufacturers defects. Normal wear and tear from typical use is not covered.

Goggle Accessories

1 year warranty against manufacturers defects.


Lifetime visor warranty covers broken or damaged visors for ANY reason. 1 year manufacturers defects warranty on the helmet shell, liner, and accessories. Helmet shell is not covered against abuse or impacts.

Expired Warranties

In situations where a customer’s warranty period has expired, there are certain situations where replacement parts can be purchased or even circumstances where simple factory repairs are possible. To schedule any product service please through one of the approved methods above.
