WSSRA RADAR RUN on Friday, March 16th, 2012 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. Come to the Drag Track which is just north of the SnoCross racing track and stands. Two passes for just $10.00. Stay for the "Test-n-Tune" session which gives racers a chance to run off the pads and try different set-ups, to get ready for the races the next day. Test-n-Tune is just $15.00 per sled 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Ever wondered just how fast you are? How good is your reaction time? Here is a great chance for first time racers! No tuning required, just bring out your sled and race to a new event, "Bracket Racing" on Sunday after the drag races are over.
Bracket racing is based on time, not on the type of sled. Determine your “dial in time” during the drag races, If you have not raced the drags, you will get 2 passes at this time to determine your “dial in time”. This “time” will determine what class you will be in as the classes are set by times and we will run 4 classes. Once the classes are set we will run “heads up” racing single elimination. You must not “break out” or go faster than your “dial in time”, if you do that is a loss. Cost is just $20.00 per sled.
