At Blown Motor, we strive to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you have any warranty issues with your MOTORFIST products, we will do everything we can to help you. 

To initiate a warranty or repair, call MOTORFIST directly at 1-877-347-8411. The product must be washed before it is returned to a warranty service center. A $15 cleaning charge will be added to any garments that need to be laundered.

MOTORFIST proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. Simply stated: They guarantee MOTORFIST outerwear with their exclusive “Lifetime Warranty Plus” in the unlikely event of failure in materials and/or workmanship, to the original purchaser, for the life of the product.

With MOTORFIST, this is where it gets even better (the +PLUS part). While your warranty claim or repair is being processed, they’ll provide you with a loaner jacket, pant, or bib. Backed by the Lifetime Warranty Plus, you'll never miss that perfect Bluebird snowmobile day. Some of their older (2010) gear is covered by MotorFist's 106 Year Warranty.

Goggles:

MOTORFIST proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products and any manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. The frame, outriggers, strap and nosepiece are guaranteed for the life of the product. The lens and goggle foam are covered for 1 year.

Ogio specific:

Our bags and backpacks are covered by the Ogio warranty for the lifetime** of the product for purchases in North America. For purchases outside of North America, your product has a three (3) year warranty from the date of purchase. The original sales receipt is required for warranty and only applies to the original owner. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time is not covered.

International specific:

MOTORFIST products are warrantied for repair or replacement only from within the country of the authorized dealer the items were purchase from.

Warranty claims or repairs can only be authorized through the dealers or distributors of the country of purchase.

International customers are responsible for any additional handling costs, duties, taxes or shipping charges required for warranty and repair services to their nearest MotorFist service facility.

The MotorFist International Warranty covers our products to the original retail purchaser only. Sales Receipts are required to validate the purchase origin. Coverage is for defects in materials and workmanship only. Normal wear and tear, accident, damage, burns, tears, improper use or natural breakdown of colors and materials over time are not covered.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

All outerwear* items are guaranteed for the lifetime** of the product against failure in materials and/or workmanship to the original purchaser. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect they will repair the product without charge, or replace it at their discretion. MOTORFIST warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, improper care, modifications or normal wear and tear. Where possible, damage not covered under their warranty will be repaired for a nominal rate and shipping. In addition to their lifetime warranty, they provide the industry leading MOTORFIST Plus No Wait coverage. If requested, MOTORFIST and/or Blown Motor will provide a loaner product while warranty or repairs are processed.

Once product is received, MOTORFIST will evaluate the product for warranty eligibility or provide a repair estimate before work is performed.

Shipments to the MOTORFIST Warranty Service Centers must be pre-paid. Send your product via a carrier that provides insurance and tracking, as MOTORFIST cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages. They will cover return shipping charges for all items deemed faulty. They also cover associated loaner shipping costs. A complete description stating the problem along with consumer contact details should be included. They ship return warranty/repair items standard ground. Return shipments can be expedited for an additional charge.

*Boots, gloves, and layering items are covered under MOTORFIST separate One Year Warranty. Normal warranty terms and conditions apply. Helmets carry a 5-year warranty that applies to manufacturer’s defects or workmanship only. It does not apply to any issues arising from consumer misuse, negligence, modifications, accident, etc. Damage caused by the consumer (i.e. dropping the helmet) is not covered under warranty.

**MOTORFIST products are covered under warranty, to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Gear has its own lifetime and it is shorter than a human's.  You won't live forever and your gear won't either.
