HMK Warranty

At Blown Motor, we strive to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you have any warranty issues with your HMK products, we will do everything we can to help you.

To initiate your claim, call HMK directly at 1-541-386-3262 x 205 for a return authorization number. You can also send an email to warranty@hmkusa.com. They will repair or replace all valid warranty items. Be sure to have all warranty item claims clean for evaluation or they will be sent back to you as-is without an inspection being made.

BOOT WARRANTY:

All HMK Boots are covered by a one-year limited warranty. This limited warranty covers materials and/or workmanship found to be defective (as determined by the manufacturer) within 12 months from the date of purchase. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced as determined by the manufacturer.

OUTERWEAR WARRANTY:

All HMK Outerwear is covered by a two year limited warranty. This limited warranty covers materials and/or workmanship found to be defective (as determined by the manufacturer) within 24 months from date of purchase. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced as determined by the manufacturer.
